When a guest hits their reward threshold, they can generate a single-use redemption code from their rewards page. The code is emailed to them and displayed on screen. They show it to you at their next booking.

Can I run more than one program?

It depends on your plan. The Stamp plan supports one program. Reward supports three. Elite supports unlimited programs — useful if you run multiple tour types or locations.

How does SMS work?

Guide&Hold sends automated text messages to guests who provide a phone number — welcome messages when they enroll, nudges when they are close to a reward, and win-back messages if they have not visited in a while. Each plan includes a monthly SMS allowance.

How does email work?

Every guest with an email address receives automated messages at key moments — enrollment confirmation, reward unlocked notifications, and win-back outreach. Emails are sent from Guide&Hold on your behalf and include your business name and brand color.
