Operators provide business information including business name, location, and branding preferences.
We use the information we collect to operate and improve the Service, send transactional communications including enrollment confirmations and reward notifications, send SMS messages to guests who have opted in, process loyalty program activity, and respond to support inquiries.
If you provide a mobile phone number and consent to SMS communications, Precision Operations Consulting LLC may send you automated text messages related to your loyalty program participation. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Message and data rates may apply. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes.
We share guest information with the Operator whose loyalty program you are enrolled in. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the platform, including email delivery (Resend) and SMS delivery (Twilio). These providers are contractually required to protect your information.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Operators may request deletion of guest data. Guests may contact the Operator or Precision Operations Consulting LLC at support@guideandhold.com to request deletion of their data.
Precision Operations Consulting LLC implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no security system is impenetrable and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.
